Return Eligibility:

  1. Timeframe: You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused state with all Clozetta tags attached.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: [e.g., Sale items, innerwear, or personalized items] are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Process:

  • Step 1: Email care@clozetta.com with your Order Number and photos of the item.

  • Step 2: Our team will review the request within 48 hours.

  • Step 3: Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds for damaged/incorrect items are issued via the original payment method (Bank/EasyPaisa/JazzCash).

  • Refunds for “change of mind” returns are provided as Store Credit only.
